The Andrews Sisters were an American close harmony singing group of the swing and boogie-woogie eras. They consisted of LaVerne Sophia (July 6, 1911 – May 8, 1967), Maxene Angelyn (January 3, 1916 – October 21, 1995) and Patricia Marie "Patty" (February 16, 1918 – January 30, 2013). They did a cover version of "Winter Wonderland" in 1946 and accompanied Bing Crosby in his version of "Here Comes Santa Claus" in 1947, both of which are featured in the 2004 film, The Polar Express and its official soundtrack.
